1. Independent Marketing Agents (IMA) :

Knowing fully well the unemployment situation in India and how tough it is for young people to get into a career and earn a decent amount for themselves and their family, and having experienced that ourselves, this scheme is specially designed for the Young people (though all are welcome) to work for themselves, either in their spare-time or even full time.

Description - Marketing of our Products and Services in different Cities / States / Regions across India.

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and passionate individuals or companies to take up the Marketing of our Products and Services in their respective locations as Independent Marketing Agents (IMA).

There is ample scope for our Products and Services and this can be used to build an excellent career/business by the interested person/s.

The remuneration will be based on commission + incentives and the scope of growth is limited only by the imagination of the working person/entity.

We are looking for people with positive approach in life, interested in long-term business building which can become regular source of income for both sides. Experience of technology is important only to the extent of being able to use a cell phone, laptop and internet (Browser, E-mail, Office-suite, etc.). We will give you online training about our products/services. Of-course, if you know more about the domains involved, it will be always an advantage for you and us.

In this scheme, you will be self-employed, working for yourself, and, we will provide you with a support, information, feedback help so that you can start earning for yourself, a decent amount as your income.

Your investment will be your time, consistent hard-work, some patience, local travel and communication expenses, a laptop to give presentations, internet connection and a cell phone. We do not expect you to make any investment by way of making any payment to us in advance, or buying any product/s from us.

This is not an MLM scheme and you are not expected to make further sales-agents. You will interact directly with the customers (Libraries, Institutions, Corporates and others as per the product/service offered) and the billing will be done by us directly to the customers.

Your income will come out of the profit-margin from the sales achieved by you and the payments will be made to you in first week of the month for sales-proceeds received by us, for the preceding month.

Qualifications : While we do not always emphasize on formal degrees, we insist on strong communication skills with pleasant & positive personality, good enough to win-over the customer. Strong drive to excel in life and ability of team-working will be an advantage.
